Family Centre/Parish Hall - Construction Overview

The Family Centre/Parish Hall will consist of a single story 5,500 square foot building (with plans for a 3,000 square foot addition), using conventional wood frame construction. The structure will house a 2,440 square foot hall complete with folding partition, to facilitate multiple simultaneous uses. The remaining space will be occupied by the parish office, pastor's office, a meeting room, washrooms, storage areas, and a commercial quality kitchen to accommodate various types of functions and activities. The construction of the Family Centre/Parish Hall will also entail upgrading and expanding the existing parking facilities and utility services.

The total construction project costs are estimated at $1.3 million; this will include construction of the New Parish Rectory, Parish Hall and all necessary furnishings to make the hall a tastefully decorated state-of-the art venue.
