OLV Annual Auction: This year your Auction group raised over $3,800 for the live and silent auctions as well as a new component, an on-line auction! Many thanks to the workers, all the people who donated and those who came out to purchase the many items! Our Lady of the Visitation has “The Way of the Cross" - a double CD package recorded live on Good Friday 2009 The first CD features the meditations on “The Way of the Cross” with meditative musical accompaniment. The second CD is contemplative music only "to permit maximum variety for your prayer time. Included is a full colour summary and photos taken at OLV. The double package CD is $10.00 (new price) and is available from the office or through www.spirithighway.com.

It’s incredible! In 2011, the fundraising efforts at Our Lady of the Visitation grossed over $112,000! Congratulations and a most heartfelt “Thank You” to all of the many OLV volunteers who come out to work the events and support the activities! And of course to those who support through donations of auction items, purchases at auctions and raffles, and so on. The proceeds go towards the curbing, paving and landscaping and towards retiring the Parish Hall mortgage. We need your help and input! Thanks to everyone who attend our recent meeting. Bingo: Come and join the OLV bingo on Wednesdays starting at 5:45 p.m. at the Rideau Carleton Entertainment Centre (4837 Albion Road). Proceeds support our church! Year-to-date bingo revenue is $3,410. Thank you to our volunteers!
